By registering for, accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of our services.

EstatePro reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To access certain features of the Platform, including posting properties or contacting sellers, you must create a user account.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any account credentials.
• EstatePro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or engage in suspicious activities.

EstatePro allows property owners, builders, and authorized agents to list properties for sale or rent. As a lister, you agree to the following:

* EstatePro does not guarantee the accuracy of listings provided by users. Buyers/Tenants are advised to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any financial transaction.

EstatePro offers premium subscription services ("MB Prime", "Premium Listings", etc.) that provide enhanced visibility and additional tools for users.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable once the service is activated, except as required by law.
• "Zero Brokerage" claims under Prime apply exclusively to properties listed directly by Owners. EstatePro does not dictate the brokerage fees charged by independent agents.
• EstatePro does not guarantee successful sales or rentals within the subscription period.

While using the Platform, you agree NOT to:

• Scrape, copy, or extract data from the Platform using automated bots, spiders, or crawlers.
• Post defamatory, abusive, or illegal content.
• Use contact details obtained from listings for unsolicited marketing, spam, or promotional campaigns.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with EstatePro.

EstatePro acts purely as a facilitator. We are not a party to any agreement or transaction formed between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

In no event shall EstatePro, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform or your inability to use the Platform.

We strongly recommend all users to verify the RERA registration status, legal title, and physical condition of the property independently.
