Yes! You can post your first property listing absolutely FREE. Your listing will remain active on our portal for 30 days without any hidden charges.
How can I edit my posted property?
Go to My Profile > My Properties. Wahan aapko apni saari active listings dikhengi. Property ke niche 'Edit' button par click karke aap price, photos ya description change kar sakte hain.
Why is my property 'Under Review'?
Security reasons ki wajah se hamari team randomly kuch listings verify karti hai. Ye process usually 2-4 ghante mein complete ho jata hai, jiske baad listing live ho jati hai.
How do I delete or mark property as sold?
My Profile section mein jakar apne property card par 'Delete' icon par click karein. Aapko option milega choose karne ka ki property "Sold/Rented" ho gayi hai ya aap waise hi delete kar rahe hain.

Property detail page par 'Contact Owner/Agent' ka button hota hai. Us par click karke apna naam aur number darj karein. Aapko turant unki details mil jayengi aur unhe bhi SMS chala jayega.
What is MB Prime? Should I upgrade?
MB Prime ek premium service hai buyers aur tenants ke liye. Isme aap direct owners se connect kar sakte hain (zero brokerage) aur aapko exclusive properties ka early access milta hai.
How can I get Home Loan assistance?
Hamare 'Home Loans' section mein jayen. Wahan se aap EMI calculate kar sakte hain aur top banks (SBI, HDFC, etc.) ke latest interest rates compare karke direct apply kar sakte hain.
